When I first came in to see Dr. Ken, I had bad leg aches at night and lower
Almost every night I had to prop my legs up on pillows to stop the aching so I could go to sleep. Also I had just joined the swim team and my neck was hurting and I wasn’t swimming as fast.

Then after a few adjustments my legs stopped hurting. I started to swim faster and without pain. A couple of months later, I qualified to swim at the December State Swim Meet in more than ten events. At that point I had only been swimming for six months. I won two First Place State Champion medals in the 9 and 10-year-old 200 Freestyle Relay and 200 Medley Relay. In March, I qualified to go to the Regional Championships where I swam the 50 Freestyle and the 50 Butterfly.

Now, I don’t have leg aches at night and my back barely ever hurts. I am improving my times in swimming and am looking forward to the December State Meet. I’m glad I came to see Dr. Ken!
